YardScan is a measurement and estimation tool designed to help you plan landscaping projects. Results are estimates based on AR measurements and should be treated as approximations. Always verify quantities before purchasing materials, and add appropriate overage for your project.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute the app or any part of it.
YardScan Pro is available as a one-time, non-recurring in-app purchase processed by Apple. Once purchased:

YardScan uses ARKit to estimate area and perimeter. Accuracy depends on lighting, surface conditions, and how precisely you place corner points. We make no guarantee that results will match the exact quantities required for your project. We are not liable for the cost of over- or under-ordering materials based on app estimates.
All content, design, and code within the app and this website are owned by YardScan and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The YardScan name and logo may not be used without written permission.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YardScan and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to costs incurred from purchasing incorrect quantities of materials.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
