YardScan ("we", "our", or "the app") is built with your privacy in mind. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your choices.
On-device data only. All measurements, saved projects, photos, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that receive or store your project data.
Specifically, the app stores the following on your device:
YardScan Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect or store your payment information. Apple's Privacy Policy governs that transaction.
If you use the in-app feedback form, your email address and message are submitted to Formspree, a third-party form service. We use this information only to respond to your feedback. Formspree's privacy policy applies to that submission.
Apple may collect crash reports and usage data through the App Store, subject to your device's privacy settings and Apple's privacy policy. We may review aggregated, anonymized data provided by Apple (such as download counts) to improve the app. We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs.
yardscan.co is hosted on Hostinger. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be collected by the hosting provider. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising networks on this website.
YardScan is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
